I’m not the most cheerful person to be around these days. I am completely aware of that. I’ve fought it with every fibre of my being, but it’s just currently not working. Even the feeling of being on stage does not set my heart alight these days. I just need… some time, I suppose. And resurrected dead friends and lovers. If Kobe can’t give me the second thing, at least I should take the first.
Combined with this comes Maritza’s bad health and Sara’s new challenges and… well… we’re going to stop touring with Symphony of Agony. Well, Sara’s going to quit completely and has her eyes on new horizons. I can’t blame her. Her ambition almost burns brightly enough for the three of us. It’s time for something new. Maritza and I just need to recuperate for a while.
To the fans: I am so sorry. There’s a very large chance that we will cancel the rest of our tour. We will make sure you get your money reimbursed and hopefully we will see you in the future… in whatever shape or form.
